We tend to think that forgiveness is for someone else, and in a way it is, but for the most part, forgiviness is for us. Once we allow orselves to forgive, we become lighter, we don't experience the same triggers in the same ways, and we no longer place the blame on another for who, where, or what we believe we should have or be. Instead, we remeber our own power and reclaim ourselves as co-creators of our experience.
