Full Moon Restoration Circle

This full moon, the Stergeon Moon, is a great time to celebrate the ferltile soil that we planted our seeds in during the new moon. Together we nurture the seeds with any clearings and healings that need to take place for our gardens to thrive.  Join us as we clear out the outdated belief systems, and energy patterns that no longer serve us, to allow the goodness that is here for us to flow in.

What To Expect:

• The first 15-20 minutes is dedicatied to celebrating the any wins that have surfaced from the weeks's prior. I also connect with the group energy through a guided meditaion. Here, we discuss any messages that come up for the group and begin to receive an overall sense or theme of what is sufacing to be cleared  and what energy the group will receive.
• The next 35 - 40 minutes is dicated to healing.
• Lastly, we do a grounding exercise, the group will receive a mantra, to support them in the weeks ahead.
